Gluten Free Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a simple way to ensure that breakfast is ready in the morning! By mixing up several cups of these delicious gluten free apple cinnamon overnight oats, you are always ready for a delicious breakfast, whether you have time to sit with that cup of coffee or if you are on the go.

Goodie Girl’s newest addition- Cinnamon Brown Sugar Breakfast Biscuits has quickly become a favorite. From the encouraging sayings to that perfect crunchy, cinnamony bite, I eat one almost every morning.

Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are simple to make. They start with a base of a few simple ingredients:

  • Gluten Free Oatmeal (I like to use the whole oats, not the quick oats)
  • Dairy Free Milk (to keep it vegan)
  • Dairy Free Yogurt

Goodie Girl’s Cinnamon Brown Sugar Breakfast Biscuits are vegan, so I chose to use Dairy Free milk and yogurt, but use your favorite.

Once you have your base, add in your mix-ins. I chose to use:

  • Goodie Girl Cinnamon Brown Sugar Breakfast Biscuits
  • Cinnamon
  • Apples cooked in cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar

Once you combine all your ingredients (either in a large bowl and then divide into jars or combine it right in the jar), just refrigerate overnight, or for at least a few hours so all those great flavors meld together.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place apples, cinnamon, brown sugar and water in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Cook for 5 minutes or until apples begins to get soft.
  • Break Breakfast Biscuit into small pieces.
  • Combine breakfast biscuit, oatmeal, milk, yogurt and apple into a jar.
  • Mix well and close.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours or up to 3 days.

Notes

This recipe can easily be doubled or trippled. Feel free to add or subtract ingredients to create your own unique overnight oats!
