Baked Cheesy Chicken RollUps are the perfect, cheesy comfort food-stuffed with spinach and bacon, it’s a meal not to miss!
Dishes Aren’t My Friend
Dishes are my nemesis. Of all household chores, they are my least favorite. Scrubbing stuck on junk just isn’t my idea of a good time. There are times when I dread cooking, just because I don’t want to have to scrub dishes. We don’t have a dishwasher, so washing by hand is a must and I’ve always hated it.
I love cheesy dishes, like these Cheesy Chicken Roll Ups, stuffed with bacon, spinach, and more cheese, but washing up afterward has never been my idea of a good time.
Scotch Brite Scrub Dots Sponges
Not too long ago I was at was at Walmart and I came across the New Scotch-Brite® Scrub Dots Sponges. They come in heavy duty and non-scratch, as well as dishwands. I was so excited to use my printable coupon for a $1.00 off any two New Scotch-Brite® Scrub Dots Sponges.
Their motto is scrubs fast, rinses clean and that is totally the truth! The scrub dots are specially made to rinse clean every time. The Scotch-Brite® Non-Scratch Scrub Dots Sponge is perfect for scrubbing baked-on messes and won’t scratch my baking dish!
Cheesy Chicken Roll Ups
One of my favorite dishes to make is baked chicken roll ups. This delectable dish starts with a white sauce. Chicken is pounded out, stuffed with cheese, spinach and bacon and rolled.
Once placed in the baking dish on top of the white sauce, it is covered with more white sauce, cheese (you can never have too much cheese!) and gluten free breadcrumbs. Then baked to an ooey-gooey perfection. It’s ridiculously good.
While this dish is amazingly delicious, cleaning all the baked on white sauce and cheese can be a pain.
Turns out my problem wasn’t the baked on goo, but that I was using the wrong tool to clean my dishes! The new Scotch-Brite® Non-Scratch Scrub Dots Sponge was exactly what I needed. It makes a world of difference. I even got my stepmom hooked on them!
So go ahead and try out these delicious cheesy chicken roll ups with confidence. Not only do they taste amazing, with cheese, bacon and spinach, clean up is a snap with the Scotch-Brite® Non-Scratch Scrub Dots Sponge !
One bite of these cheesy chicken roll ups and you will wonder why you didn’t make it sooner. They are practically a meal in themselves.

October 6, 2017 at 6:36 pmI hate dishes too! We have a dishwasher but sometimes it seems easier to handwash than empty the whole dishwasher. haha! I know someone who wanted to get two dishwashers so she never had to put dishes away. Just take them out of the clean and put them in the dirty dishwasher. Wouldn’t that be the life?!
