Gluten Free Cookie Butter
Have you tried cookie butter? I hadn’t. I had heard about it. When Trader Joe’s first opened in Miami everyone was so excited about the cookie butter and I had no idea what they were talking about. Since I couldn’t eat it, I never really thought about it, but was always curious.
Who knew it was so incredibly simple to make it on your own. I now know what all the buzz is about!
Goodie Girl Toffee Crunch
One of my favorite Goodie Girl flavors is Toffee Crunch (I love them all, but Toffee bits in cookies is always a winner!). These crispy cookies with toffee and chocolate chips make a killer gluten free cookie butter!
The flavor of these cookies in this gluten free cookie butter is amazing. Plus, the creamy texture makes it spread just like peanut butter.
You can see below how it easy it is to make!
Simple Ingredients, Easy Steps
Gluten free cookie butter only has a few ingredients to make it into the creamy spread. You will want to eat this on everything! All you need is a food processor, a crunchy style cookie, butter, sugar, and cream.
Blend it all together and you are done!
You can eat cookie butter on just about anything. Think about all the things people use Nutella for and just use homemade gluten free cookie butter instead! It’s perfect for:
This stuff is so good, you are going to wonder why you never thought to make this easy, homemade gluten free cookie butter before. Grab some cookies and find out what all the cookie butter hype is about!
