Gluten Free Pecan Pretzel Chocolates
Everyone needs a quick and easy treat to whip up last minute and these gluten free pecan pretzel chocolates are it! 3 ingredients and super easy to make.
When we were putting together our mini Valentine’s Party (You can see more about it HERE) we had to include homemade gluten free chocolates, and these worked out perfect!
These little treats are simple they almost don’t even need a need a recipe, but sometimes getting proportions right can be a bit tricky. These gluten free pecan pretzel chocolates have just the right combo of salty and sweet.
One suggestion- if you pecans are not already salted, consider toasting them in a pan with a smidge of salt for just minute. It will add texture and a bit more of that salty sweet combo.
