Gluten Free Pecan Pretzel Chocolate

These little treats are simple they almost don’t even need a need a recipe, but sometimes getting proportions right can be a bit tricky. These gluten free pecan pretzel chocolates have just the right combo of salty and sweet.

One suggestion- if you pecans are not already salted, consider toasting them in a pan with a smidge of salt for just minute. It will add texture and a bit more of that salty sweet combo.

Mmmm. I’m loving all these recipes! The sweet and salty combo is my favorite. I’d probably eat way too many of those pretzels while making them.
