Weeknight Dinner
I am always looking for quick and easy ways to change up our dinner menu. Adding a sauce or glaze to a protein is a great way to impart extra flavor, without taking a lot of time.
Salmon is a family favorite. It cooks quickly and pairs well with so many flavors. This Pineapple Mango Glazed Salmon is a meal you will want to make again and again.
Froozer
When I first found Froozer, it was in the frozen foods (by the ice cream!) and I was excited to buy the frozen treats for my family because they were non-gmo and used only whole fruits. No yucky stuff to be found. Froozer uses a special process to ensure that all the fiber and nutrients remain.
Froozer comes in 4 great fruit blends. They are the perfect no-guilt treat.
- No added sugar
- Non-gmo
- All-natural
- Gluten free
- Dairy free
What’s not to love? I eat them the same as I would ice cream and they are great used in smoothies.
Pineapple Mango Glazed Salmon
My favorite Froozer blend is Tropical Sunset. The blend of mango and pineapple is delicious. I can easily eat one a day! I love pairing fruit and fish.
To create a glaze I simply melted 3 Tropical Sunset Froozer tubes with Tamari and let it simmer for a few minutes. Coated the salmon before baking and saved a little bit for rice. Most glazes need sugar, but thanks to all the natural fruit in Froozer, I didn’t have to add any extra sugar.
I served it with a fresh salsa of pineapple, mango, and cilantro. It has become one of my favorite meals. Fresh and flavorful.
Find Froozer
Where can you find Froozer? In grocery stores nationwide! Walmart, Publix, Whole Foods, Kroger- everywhere! You are going to love these delicious frozen whole fruit treats!
