Holiday Snacks

Like most people, my favorite part of the holidays is the food! So many yummy snacks. The holiday season is full of delicious cookies and candies. Unfortunately, most of these are filled with empty calories that taste great but leave you headed to the gym come January 1.

Not long ago I told you about Nuttee Bean Snacks. They are these crunchy, roasted fava beans that are naturally gluten free, but also Top 8 free (and more!). Full of protein and fiber they are these delicious little bites that make amazing snacks. We get a lot of different products to try, and these were the first that my husband asked me to buy more of. They are perfect for healthy snacking.

I “discovered” these in an Asian store, years ago. This is a great idea to add extra zip! I love the crunch and flavors.
