Add tablespoon oil to pan
Salt and pepper steak
Brown quickly over medium heat.
Remove steak and juices from pan set aside.
Wipe clean with paper towel.
Add tablespoon oil.
Add garlic, onions toast for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add Tamari (gluten free soy sauce) and red wine vinegar. Stir to combine.
Add back steak, stir to combine.
Serve over french fries with a side of rice.
Garnish with cilantro.
