Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Servings: 4 Servings
- 5 ounces semi sweet or dark chocolate
- 1 chocolate bar shaved
- 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee optional
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut whipped cream
Melt chocolate in microwave or on top of double boiler.
Stir in instant coffee.
Carefully fold in 1 1/4 cups coconut whipped cream.
Top with remaining coconut whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
