Prepare and bake brownie mix in 9 x 13 pan. Reduce baking time if necessary to accommodate a larger pan.
Allow to cool completely.
Cut with cookie cutters.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth (small increments in the microwave at half power or over a double boiler.)
Place brownies on a cooling rack over parchment paper.
Spoon chocolate over brownies, allowing to drip down the sides.
Decorate with sprinkles or let dry and then decorate with icing and sprinkles.
