Gluten Free and Dairy Free Fudgey Chocolate Dipped Holiday Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Gluten Free/Dairy Free Brownie Mix prepared according to package directions
  • 10 ounce gluten free baking chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • Icing/Decorations

Instructions

  • Prepare and bake brownie mix in 9 x 13 pan. Reduce baking time if necessary to accommodate a larger pan.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • Cut with cookie cutters.
  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth (small increments in the microwave at half power or over a double boiler.)
  • Place brownies on a cooling rack over parchment paper.
  • Spoon chocolate over brownies, allowing to drip down the sides.
  • Decorate with sprinkles or let dry and then decorate with icing and sprinkles.
