Gluten Free Cheddar Bay Biscuits {Copycat Recipe}

  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Baking Mix
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 and 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder divided
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter


  • Combine Baking Mix, 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, Milk and Shredded Cheese until well combined. You may use your hands to get it all mixed well. It will be a bit dry, but should hold together.
  • Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet or parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.
  • Combine Melted Butter, 1 Teaspoon Oregano, and 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder and brush on top.
  • Continue baking for an additional 3 minutes.


Feel free to add additional melted butter, garlic, and oregano mixture if you feel so inclined!
