Inside Out {Gluten Free} Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 Honey Crisp or other large apples
  • 8 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 Tablespoon butter
  • 4 Oatmeal Raisin Cookies crumbled

Instructions

  • Core apples. Throw out core.
  • Scoop out inside of apple. Save apple pieces.
  • Melt butter.
  • Combine brown sugar, melted butter, apple pieces and crumbled oatmeal cookies.
  • Stuff into apples. Press down. Some of the butter/sugar mixture will come out.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Move apples to serving platter and pour caramel from dish over them.
