Turkey Salad with Pomegranate and Apple


  • 1 Cup Chopped Turkey
  • 1/4 Cup Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Apple
  • Handful Chopped Walnuts optional
  • Gluten Free Wrap or Gluten Free Bread


  • Mix together all ingredients (except wrap or bread).
  • Salt if needed (see note).
  • Put turkey salad on gluten free bread or gluten free wrap and enjoy!


We brine our turkey and it doesn't need any added salt. Feel free to add salt and pepper to taste.
