Gluten Free Jamaican Jerk Tacos with Spicy Mayo

Ingredients

Gluten Free Jamaican Jerk Chicken Tacos

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 3 Tablespoons Gluten Free Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil of choice
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • Optional Toppings- shredded cabbage queso fresco, corn, avocado, lime

Spicy Mayo

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1/4 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

Gluten Free Jamaican Jerk Chicken Tacos

  • Rub Chicken Tenders with Gluten Free Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and allow to marinate for 2-3 hours in fridge.
  • Preheat grill pan and oil over medium.
  • Grill tenders till done.
  • Slice chicken and place on tortillas
  • Top with desired toppings and Spicy Mayo

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
