Set Instant Pot to sautee.
Sautee bacon for 2-3 minutes.
Add onion and garlic sautee 1-2 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, cumin, and lime zest.
Stir.
Turn off Instant Pot.
Add rinsed black beans.
Add gluten free chicken broth and culantro.
Close Instant Pot and close vent.
Set at high pressure for 40 minutes.
Allow to naturally release pressure for 15 minutes.
Carefully release vent and open.
Stir beans. Remove culantro and crushed garlic.
Drain beans, reserving liquid.
