Gluten Free Fish and Chips
Gluten Free Fish and Chips, coated in a light and crispy tempura batter for the perfect crunch!
- 1 1/2 pounds cut up white fish such as mahi mahi or cod
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1 cup cold club soda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 recipe Lemon Dill Dipping Sauce
- French Fries or Fried Potatoes
Make tempura batter by mixing gluten free flour, cold club soda, salt and egg.
Heat oil to 350 degrees.
Season fish with salt and pepper
Dip fish into batter and drop carefully into oil.
Flip several times, cooking for about 5 minutes or until golden.
Remove and let drain.
Serve with fries and lemon dill sauce.
