Gluten Free Fish and Chips

Gluten Free Fish and Chips, coated in a light and crispy tempura batter for the perfect crunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds cut up white fish such as mahi mahi or cod
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 cup cold club soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 recipe Lemon Dill Dipping Sauce
  • French Fries or Fried Potatoes

Instructions

  • Make tempura batter by mixing gluten free flour, cold club soda, salt and egg.
  • Heat oil to 350 degrees.
  • Season fish with salt and pepper
  • Dip fish into batter and drop carefully into oil.
  • Flip several times, cooking for about 5 minutes or until golden.
  • Remove and let drain.
  • Serve with fries and lemon dill sauce.
