Gluten Free Marshmallow Popcorn Treat Bars

Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter or dairy free butter alternative
  • 2 ounces white chocolate

Instructions

  • Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add marshmallows and white chocolate.
  • Stir until melted.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add popcorn and stir until combined.
  • Press into lightly greased 9x13 pan.
  • Cool and cut.

Notes

Dairy free butter may be substituted.
