Cheesy Gluten Free Reuben Dip
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/4 pound chopped corn beef
- 2/3 cup thousand island dressing
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 5 shredded swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together cream cheese and thousand island dressing.
Add corn beef, sauerkraut and swiss cheese.
Mix together well.
Place in 8x8 baking dish (or several smaller baking dishes).
Bake for 25 minutes, until thoroughly heated and bubbly on the sides.
