Birthday Cake Gluten Free Cookie Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 box 20 cookies Goodie Girl Gluten Free Birthday Cake Cookies
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 12 ounces gluten free white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup gluten free sprinkles

Instructions

  • Pulse cookies in a food processor.
  • Place cookie crumbs in bowl and mix in softened cream cheese.
  • Add in one Tablespoon sprinkles.
  • Make into balls and place one stick in each one.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Dip in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
  • Place on parchment paper to dry completely.
