Deconstructed Gluten Free No Bake Peppermint Cheesecake

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ounces melted white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermints or candy canes
  • 1/2 cup broken gluten free honeygrams
  • whipped cream white chocolate, and crushed peppermint for topping


  • Beat softened cream cheese and heavy cream together.
  • Beat in white chocolate.
  • Beat in powdered sugar.
  • Fold in crushed peppermints.
  • Divide into serving dishes.
  • Refrigerate until set or ready to serve.
  • Top with gluten free honey grams, whipped cream, white chocolate and crushed peppermint.
