Breakfast doesn’t get any better than this easy, chocolate raspberry smoothie bowl!

Healthier Breakfast
This holiday season is coming to a close, and I for one, am looking forward to the new year. I am cookied out and ready to get back to my normal eating habits that I let slide during the holidays. Part of that means focusing on healthier breakfasts,
Smoothies have always been a go-to in our house, for a quick and easy breakfast, but this is the first time I’ve had a smoothie bowl. I’m a bit behind on the times.
Smoothie Bowls
Smoothie bowls have been around for awhile. Easy to prepare, with all the goodness of a smoothie, but with the fullness of a complete breakfast.
Sometimes I’m in a hurry, but often I want to take a few minutes in the morning to just take in the day. This combo of chocolate, raspberry and banana is the perfect start to any day.
This bowls chocolaty goodness comes from perfectlyfree raspberry chocolate bites. The creamy chocolate center and raspberry coating are the perfect complements.
perfectlyfree
If you haven’t had perfectlyfree bites yet, you are missing out. They are delicious and perfectly portioned, at 30 calories or less. Currently, they have 7 amazing flavors of bites and 3 flavors of pints.
Some of my favorite things about perfectlyfree bites are that they are:
non-gmo
top 8 allergen free
certified gf
Plus they taste delicious!
Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl is super easy to make. I just put all the ingredients in my nutribullet and give it a whirl. Then just add fresh fruit to the top!
I do have a pro tip for you when it comes to making smoothies.
Freeze your bananas.
It makes your smoothie nice and thick, without watering it down with ice cubes. So yummy!
If you’ve tried perfectlyfree frozen bites, what is your favorite flavor? If not- tell me- what’s your favorite smoothie flavor?
