Lunch Time Struggles
I have been lucky for most of my marriage. My husband’s job has a cafeteria and employees get one free meal a day, so I have never had to worry about packing lunches for him. I work from home, so I just eat leftovers, and my daughter was home with me, so she would eat whatever I was having.
In the past couple of months, things have changed. Hubby started working off site two days a week, and the baby started daycare. All of a sudden I need to pack lunches and gluten free ham and cheese just gets boring after a while. After wasting a lot of time trying to come up with creative ideas, I finally just asked my blogging friends what they like to make for lunches, and of course, they have some fabulous ideas!
This roundup of gluten free lunches has something for everyone- all gluten free, with dairy free options, egg free options, and nut free options, No matter what your eating preferences, you are sure to find a new lunch to add to your lunchtime routine!
