When I was first diagnosed with Celiac disease I went through all kinds of emotions fear and anger, but mostly confusion. I did not know where to begin. I found most of my help in gluten free bloggers. Articles like, 8 Steps to Easy Gluten Free Grocery Shopping, helped me learn to navigate the ropes, but then it was time to plan a vacation.
I was filled with dread. I could barely navigate the grocery store, how would I figure out a whole new city. My husband and I based our vacations around food.
