Cheesy Gluten Free Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 pound chopped corn beef
  • 2/3 cup thousand island dressing
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut
  • 5 shredded swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix together cream cheese and thousand island dressing.
  • Add corn beef, sauerkraut and swiss cheese.
  • Mix together well.
  • Place in 8x8 baking dish (or several smaller baking dishes).
  • Bake for 25 minutes, until thoroughly heated and bubbly on the sides.
