Bacon, Cheddar, & Chive Gluten Free Drop Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour (I use Ryze Gluten Free Flour Blend
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons gluten free baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 Tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix together gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Work in butter with a fork or pastry cutter until crumbly.
  • Mix in cheese, bacon, chives, and garlic.
  • Add egg and milk. Mix well.
  • Divide into 12 portions on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes.
