gluten free flour (I use Ryze Gluten Free Flour Blend

gluten free baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt

softened butter

shredded cheddar cheese

crumbled bacon

Tablespoons
chopped chives
2
teaspoons
minced garlic

egg

milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Work in butter with a fork or pastry cutter until crumbly.
Mix in cheese, bacon, chives, and garlic.
Add egg and milk. Mix well.
Divide into 12 portions on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
