Easy, Rocky Road Fudge (Gluten Free)
Studded with marshmallows & minty cookies, easy, microwaveable rocky road fudge is addictive!
Servings: 24 pieces
- 12 ounces gluten free chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons melted salted butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped mint thin cookies
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Combine melted butter, chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave at half power for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Stir.
Microwave at 30 second intervals at half power until melted.
Stir vigorously until well combined.
Fold in cookies and marshmallows.
Spread into a pan lined with parchment paper or foil.
Chill until set.
