Heat pumpkin puree, brown sugar and pumpkin spice until brown sugar is melted into pumpkin. About 3-4 minutes over medium low heat.
Remove from heat and allow to cool while making Coconut Whipped Cream.
Whip coconut cream until it begins to form small peaks. Reserve about a quarter cup for topping.
Fold pumpkin mixture into coconut cream.
Crush Frontier Bites.
Layer frontier bites and mousse. Top with remaining cream and Frontier Bites.
