Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease to small ramekins.
Melt together dairy free butter and chocolate in a small bowl.
Add in powdered sugar.
In a seperate bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, and pinch of salt.
Add to chocolate mixture.
Carefully fold in one tablespoon of gluten free flour.
Bake in ramekins 8 to 10 minutes
Place upside down on a plate and let cool for one minute.
Remove ramekin (carefully, it's hot!) and enjoy!
