- ½ cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 pints strawberries
- 1 bag Three Bakers Graham Snackers
Beat heavy cream and vanilla together until peaks begin to form.
Add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat well.
Cut tops off strawberries and hull centers.
Spoon a small amount of cheesecake filling into strawberry (I suggest putting it in a large Ziploc and squeezing it out).
Top it with a Three Bakers Graham Snacker.
