Pretzel Crusted Chicken Nuggets
- 1 pound chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
- salt and pepper
- 1 bag FitJoy Pretzels ground in a food processor
- 2 eggs beaten
Greek Yogurt Herb Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons chopped chives
- 2 teaspoons minced dill
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line pan with parchment paper or foil and a cooling rack.
Salt and pepper chicken pieces.
Dip chicken into egg and then press into pretzel pieces.
Arrange on cooling rack.
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees.
