Ingredients

Pretzel Crusted Chicken Nuggets

  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bag FitJoy Pretzels ground in a food processor
  • 2 eggs beaten

Greek Yogurt Herb Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons minced dill

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line pan with parchment paper or foil and a cooling rack.
  • Salt and pepper chicken pieces.
  • Dip chicken into egg and then press into pretzel pieces.
  • Arrange on cooling rack.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees.

Greek Yogurt Herb Dipping Sauce

  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
