semi sweet or dark chocolate

chocolate bar
shaved
1/2
teaspoon
instant coffee
optional
1 1/2
cups
sweetened coconut whipped cream
Instructions
Melt chocolate in microwave or on top of double boiler.
Stir in instant coffee.
Carefully fold in 1 1/4 cups coconut whipped cream.
Top with remaining coconut whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
