On stove, melt 4 Tablespoons butter with 1/3 cup brown sugar and 2 Tablespoons water. Stir. Remove from heat when it begins to bubble.
Pour caramel mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan.
Roll out pizza crust.
Melt remaining 2 Tablespoons of butter and brush over pizza crust.
Combine remaining 1/3 cup brown sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over crust.
Tightly roll pizza dough, starting with the long edge.
Cut into rounds, about 1 inch each.
Place rounds on top of caramel in pie dish.
Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
Carefully place platter over pie dish and flip to put the caramel on the top of the buns.
