Brown Sausage Links in 1 Tablespoon Oil, Remove and set aside.
Sautee onion, garlic, and celery for about 3 minutes, until onion begins to appear transclucent.
Open beans and add to pot. Do not drain.
Add 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 2 bay leaves, and chicken boullion.
Bring to boil, lower to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
While simmering slice First Fresh Saussage links.
Using a spoon, smash some of the beans against the side of the pot.
Add to pot along with 1 teaspoon (or to taste) cajun seasoning.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Serve with white rice and top with sliced green onions
