Mango Lassi Popsicles {Gluten Free & Dairy Free}
Ingredients
1/2
cup
cashew milk ice cream
3/4
cup
mango puree
1/4-1/2
teaspoon
cardamom
to taste
2
teaspoons
lime juice
2-3
Tablespoons
crushed cashews
Instructions
Combine cashew milk ice cream, mango puree, cardoman, and lime juice in blender.
Blend well.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Top with crushed cashews.
Push in sticks.
Freeze.
Enjoy!
Notes
You can add the cardoman and lime juice a little bit at a time. Taste to make sure that it is perfect for you.
