Ingredients

ground beef

cans gluten-free beans of choice
I like Kidney beans

can tomato sauce

cloves
garlic

chili powder

cumin

salt

oregano

teaspoon
cayenne pepper

cups
water
Toppings such as shredded cheese
avocado, tortilla chips and sour cream
Instructions
Brown beef with garlic.
Add spices, tomato sauce, and water.
Bring to a boil and simmer for one hour.
Drain beans and add to chili.
Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
If it looks to dry, add additional water, a half cup at a time.
Serve and enjoy!
