The Best Ever Gluten-Free Brownies {in a jar} with Free Printable Gift Tag

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free cocoa powder
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp gluten-free instant espresso powder optional

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 eggs room temperature works best
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Whisk together dry ingredients.
  • If giving as gift, pour into jar and add gift tag. If making today, continue to step 4.
  • Add coconut oil and stir.
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Stir. Mixture will be thick.
  • Spread into 9x9 pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Notes

This recipe works best when the eggs are closer to room temperature. Coconut oil becomes solid when cold. This does not effect the outcome of the brownies, but it makes it harder to stir.
