Gluten Free for Life Expo 2016
The Gluten Free for Life Expo was an amazing experience. When I first planned to attend they were expecting around 500 people. When all was said and done over 1000 people visited the Gluten Free for Life Expo. It was a bit overwhelming, but it was a lot of fun.
What an amazing day at the Gluten Free for Life Expo. It was filled with education on the gluten free life style by several teachers, and 3 amazing speakers including Taylor Miller from Gluten Away and Chandice Probst and authors of the book Gluten Free on a Budget.
I had such a great time meeting with fellow bloggers and making new friends. If you are looking for some great new recipes check out Cricket, from Cricket’s Confections. She has a great spin on gluten free!
I also had a great time hanging out with vendors and sampling tons of different items! That’s one of the best part of Expos! Enjoy Life, Bakery on Main, Garden Lites, Udi’s and tons of local vendors were all there. They also had a table where you could pick up sample sized packets for a small donation, my only regret is I didn’t stock up on more!
The date is already set for next year, Saturday March 25. Make plans to attend, you won’t regret it!
