of cooked tater tots
about half-3/4 of a bag, enough to fully cover the bottom of pan

eggs
whisked with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper

cup
shredded cheese

package
approximately 14 ounces breakfast sausage links, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Layer cooked tater tots into lightly grease baking dish.
Layer sausage pieces on top.
Pour whisked eggs over sausage and tater tots
Cover with cheese
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until eggs are puffed up and cheese is melted.
