Zest lemon until you have about 1/2 a teaspoon.
Sprinkle lemon zest and cajun seasoning over shrimp. Set aside.
Cook bacon in a pan. Remove the bacon, leaving the grease.
Add the shrimp to the pan, cook for about 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Squeeze lemon over shrimp.
Toss and continue cooking until shrimp are cooked through.
Turn of heat and remove shrimp and add one tablespoon butter to the pan.
Allow butter to melt with lemon juice and seasonings.
Add back shrimp. Stir to coat.
