Instructions
Gluten Free Boneless Chicken Wings
Preheat oven to 425.
Place plentils in food processor. Pulse until fine crumbs.
Salt and Pepper chicken chunks.
Dip chicken chunks in egg or oil, gluten free flour, back in egg or oil, then dredge in plentil crumbs.
Place crusted chicken on wire cooling rack, on top of a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning once.
Tzatziki Sauce
Place all ingredients in blender or magic bullet and blend well.
Refigerate
Tahini Sauce
Mix all ingredients together well.
Refigerate
Sweet and Sour Sauce
Mix together all ingredients well.
Add additional coconut aminos as needed.
