Beat together cream cheese and maple syrup.
Combine apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
Boil for 5-7 minutes or until most of the liquid has boiled off.
Let apple cool.
Crumble cookies.
Layer maple cream cheese, apples, and crumbled cookies in small jars or cups.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
