Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut gluten free baguette into slices diagonally and then cut the other direction.
Mix together softened butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic.
Spread garlic herb butter between bread cuts.
Stuff bread cuts with cheese.
Wrap baguette tightly in foil sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Unwrap carefully (it's hot!) and enjoy!
