Gluten Free S’more Cupcakes
Ingredients

cup
Gluten Free Flour
1
cup
sugar
1/2
teaspoon
gluten free baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/3
cup
gluten free cocoa powder
1/2
cup
coconut oil
1
cup
milk
2
eggs
1
teaspoon
vanilla
1/4
cup
gluten free chocolate chunks
I use Enjoy Life- gluten and dairy free!
1/2
cup
marshmallows
2
cups
marshmallow fluff
Instructions
Whisk together dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients.
Mix well.
Divide into 12 cupcake cups.
Add 3 marshmallows, push in and cover with cupcake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Let cool.
Top with marshmallow fluff and brulee.
Notes
Don't add the marshmallow fluff until you are ready to serve. It's delicious, but does not set like regular frosting.
