tubes Tropical Sunset Froozer
1/3
cup
Tamari
pinch
of red pepper flakes
Pineapple Mango Salsa
1/2
cup
chopped pineapple
1/2
cup
chopped mango
Juice of 1 lime
1/4
cup
loosely packed cilantro
chopped
salt & pepper
Instructions
Pineapple Mango Glazed Salmon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine Tropical Sunset Froozer, Tamari and red pepper flakes in small sauce pan.
Bring to simmer.
Simmer stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
Place salmon in glass baking dish.
Reserve 2-3 Tablespoons glaze.
Spoon remaining over salmon.
Bake for 7-12 minutes or until fish flakes.
Pineapple Mango Salsa
Combine ingredients.
Spoon over fish.
