Ingredients

Pineapple Mango Glazed Salmon

  • 1 pound salmon
  • 3 tubes Tropical Sunset Froozer
  • 1/3 cup Tamari
  • pinch of red pepper flakes

Pineapple Mango Salsa

  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro chopped
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

Pineapple Mango Glazed Salmon

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine Tropical Sunset Froozer, Tamari and red pepper flakes in small sauce pan.
  • Bring to simmer.
  • Simmer stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
  • Place salmon in glass baking dish.
  • Reserve 2-3 Tablespoons glaze.
  • Spoon remaining over salmon.
  • Bake for 7-12 minutes or until fish flakes.

Pineapple Mango Salsa

  • Combine ingredients.
  • Spoon over fish.
