Simple Gluten Free Lobster Roll with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients

lobster tails
cooked (about 8 ounces chopped lobster meat)
2
teaspoons
butter
1/4
cup
mayo
1
Tablespoon
chopped parsly
2
teaspoons
chopped chives
2
teaspoons
fresh lemon juice
2
gluten free hot dog buns
Instructions
Sautee chopped lobster in 2 teaspoons of butter for 3 minutes.
Transfer to bowl.
Add mayo, herbs, and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Cut top of gluten free hot dog bun and pull open.
Fill with lobster salad.
Enjoy!
Notes
In lieu of lobster tails, whole lobster or frozen lobster meat can be used.
