Ingredients
8ouncessoftened cream cheese
6-8ouncessmoked white fish
3green onionschopped
1-2jalapenoschopped
Gluten Free Crackers such as Schar
Instructions
Place cream cheese in food processor, pulse several times.
Add chopped green onion and jalapeno. Blend until combined.
Add smoked white fish. Blend until combined.
Serve with gluten free crackers.
Notes
Use your favorite smoked white fish, but make sure it doesn't have any marinades added. I used smoked trout, but smoked mackerel would be delicious as well. In a pinch you can use smoked salmon, but it is a different flavor profile.
