Vegan Gluten Free Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Enjoy Life Pizza Crust Mix
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 Tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup dairy free butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease bundt pan.
  • Mix pizza crust mix with water and oil until well combined. Need with hands until smooth.
  • Make 1 inch balls with pizza crust mix.
  • Combine white sugar and cinnamon in a ziploc bag.
  • Add pizza dough balls and shake to cover.
  • Place pizza dough balls in greased bundt pan.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan.
  • Add brown sugar and stir until well combined .
  • Pour over pizza dough balls.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • Turn over onto platter and serve.
