Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Burger {Gluten Free}

Burgers are fantastic, but a Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Burger with provolone, mushrooms, onions, and jalapenos is better!

Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed BurgerThis post is sponsored by Three Bakers. My Gluten Free Miami appreciates their support! All opinions are my own.

Burger Time!

There is nothing better than a good burger. There is a reason why Jimmy Buffet wrote a song about cheeseburgers. They are amazing! Unfortunately for Celiacs and those who are gluten free, getting a good burger takes a bit more work. Very few places offer safe burgers or decent gluten free buns. I’m okay with eating a burger in a lettuce wrap, but there is just something about biting into a soft bun.

Three Bakers SnackersThree Bakers

I recently discovered Three Bakers brand when they came out with their snackers. They make these delicious honey graham, chocolate chip, and double chocolate cookies and cheese crackers that are reminiscent of goldfish (but better!). My toddler loves them. The snackers remind me of the teddy graham style snacks I ate as a kid, but healthier!

Once I saw the snackers I had to check out Three Bakers and discovered that they have all kinds of products! Breads, pizza crusts, pizzas…all the kinds of goodies. I was so excited when I got a package of their hamburger buns for my Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Burgers.

Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Burger

Philadelphia is one of my favorite cities to eat gluten free. We went on vacation there (the teacher in me is quite the history buff!) right after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and it was like gluten free heaven. There were so many places that had gluten free goodies for me to try! I even had a gluten free cheesesteak (of course I think my husband had 3 or more…he had to get one at all the famous places!). Such great memories from that trip.

philly cheesesteak stuffed burger

This burger is in honor of that trip. Bringing together two of my favorite things- burgers and cheesesteaks. These burgers are super easy and full of all the goodness of a cheesesteak. Plus they are really easy to make! Stuff your burger with sauteed mushrooms, onions, jalapenos and grill, put it on a soft Three Bakers Gluten Free bun and you are all set. You will not regret grilling up a Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Burger.

No one will ever know that these buns are gluten free! They are so tasty. I like to grill mine just a little bit before adding the burger. I’m loving the Three Bakers buns for my burgers. Even my toddler grabbed one and quickly told everyone it was yummy!

This recipe is perfect for Summer Grilling! What are some of your favorite foods to grill in the summer? Let me know in the comments.

    I love burgers, and I love Philly cheesesteaks, so why not combine the two?! Such a genius idea! I’d have to take the jalapeños out though…I don’t do spicy ?

    Your burger looks so good. I haven’t had a good hamburger in YEARS! Why is that? I don’t know — isn’t that stupid Hubby and I have been denying ourselves such a tasty dish? Well, I’m certainly pinning this and making us a good hamburger. Thanks for the reminder.

    I do enjoy a good burger! My husband and oldest son really enjoy cheesesteaks, we’re only an hour away from Philly so it’s a taste they can have reasonably often.
