Strawberry limeade popsicles are a refreshing summertime treat with only 4 ingredients they are sure to be a favorite!
Strawberry Limeade Popsicles
There is nothing like a refreshing popsicle on a hot summer day, and boy has it been hot lately! I love making homemade popsicles because I can control the ingredients and there are so many possibilities.
Lately, strawberries have been on sale everywhere I look. I picked up several beautiful pints for less than 2.00 each. We have been eating strawberries every meal! My daughter loves strawberries and it’s been great to be able to allow her to eat her fill.
Strawberry Limeade is one of my favorite drinks so it was no brainer to combine lime juice in with the fresh strawberries. It adds just a hint of tartness. Because mint adds such great freshness I added a bit of it as well.
The flavor combo is perfection!
I use agave syrup to add a bit of sweetness. I prefer it to sugar because you don’t need as much of it and I find that since it is liquid it blends in better.
I will be honest, my toddler wasn’t as big a fan of the mint as I am, but it is easy enough to make some without. My husband suggested adding in a bit of tequila for an adult version, which seems like a great idea as well!
If you love strawberries as much as we do, you should also try my strawberry sauce. It’s amazing on ice cream, pancakes, anything really! If you’re looking for more great popsicle recipes, mangoes will be in season soon and these Mango Creamsicles will hit the spot.
What’s your favorite kind of summer popsicle?

Funny that I have the same popsicle moulds, they look so familiar. Although my little one was playing with them the other day, so not sure if I still have them, she keeps hiding stuff.

June 11, 2017 at 7:53 amI’m seeing popsicles everywhere right now. I’m guessing that that’s a sure sign summer has arrived. 🙂
I grew up with popsicles that were basically frozen juice, so a simple popsicle like this one, speaks to me.
