Sunrise Smoothie (Gluten Free/Dairy Free)

Orange crème bites, frozen bananas, and orange juice make this the perfect Sunrise Smoothie.

Sunrise Smoothie

I love a good smoothie. Morning, noon, or night, they are always on my lists of favorite treats. I may be stretching this a bit because this Sunrise Smoothie does have delicious orange crème perfectlyfree bites in it.

Instead of adding coconut milk or sweetener, the bites add all the creaminess you need!

I love perfectly free bites. The orange ones are so good. The coconut crème centers are sweet and creamy and the orange outside is just the right amount of sweet and tart.

If you haven’t tried them before, your missing out. These top 8 free treats are one of my families favorites. They are available all over the northeast, even at some of the colleges!

They even have coconut bases ice cream (stay tuned for a new fun recipe using perfectlyfree pints!)

Quick and Easy Smoothies

These smoothies are so easy to make- only 3 ingredients! The flavor combos are really endless. For this smoothie, I did a combo of orange crème perfectlyfree bites with orange juice and frozen bananas.

A combo of blueberry perfectlyfree bites with coconut milk and strawberries would be great too. Take a look at all the perfectlyfree flavors, the skies the limit with combinations!

I love to top my sunrise smoothie with a dollop of coconut whipped cream because, well, it’s delicious!

The other great thing about smoothies is you can make one, or you can make 4 just as easily!

They aren’t available in the UK, but you could use some coconut ice cream in place…about a 1/4 of a cup.
