Gluten free brownies are simple to make and always a hit!
Gluten Free Brownie Love Affair
I love brownies. This isn’t the first time I wrote about them, and this isn’t even a new recipe, but I made this great video of the recipe and I’m really excited to share it! I first shared this recipe with you as part of my Christmas series over a year ago. The great thing about these gluten free brownies is you can make your own gluten free brownie mix and keep it on hand for whenever you need to quickly whip up a treat.
They are gluten free, dairy free, and depending on the gluten free flour you choose, free of many other allergens as well. I haven’t tried them with any egg substitutes yet, but if you make them and do, let me know!
Gluten Free Brownie Recipes
I first developed this recipe before I was Celiac, for a child in my Sunday School class who was on a gluten & dairy free diet as part of a special diet he was on due to autism. While I normally use GF Jules flour in anything I make, I have actually made these with several different gluten free flours including Trader Joes and King Arthur.
Feel free to add in whatever you like! I’ve made these with chocolate chips, m & m’s, even with cream cheese and dulce de leche (get the recipe HERE!)Â No matter what you add (or don’t add) these brownies are delicious. They are my go to whenever company shows up last minute.

What’s your go to dessert when friends stop by?

January 27, 2019 at 10:18 pmDoes it have to be coconut oil?
Amanda
January 30, 2019 at 10:06 pmNo! You can use any oil, I like coconut oil in baked goods, but vegetable oil also works perfectly in this.
